Carbonless Forms

Also known as carbonless forms, NCR forms are perfect for estimates, invoices, contract forms, and other documents where multiple parties require a copy. Available in sets of two, three, and four uniquely colored parts, our NCR forms can meet the needs of any business.

Finishing options include numbering and 3-hole drilling to help you stay organized. NCR forms are also available in books of 25 or 50 sets with a wrap-around cover for ease of use and portability.

The most common order options include:

• Sizes: 8.5" x 11" and 4.5" x 5.5"
• Material: NCR Paper with 2 parts
• Printing: Typically 1 and 2 color, including Pantone colors
• Front: 1 or 2 colors
• Back: Usually one color (1/1, 2/1 configuration)
• Finishing: Typically padded (glued) on top with numbering

NCR Forms are an efficient way to provide multiple color-coded copies of a single document that includes handwritten and typed information. They are the modern replacement for forms with carbon paper, eliminating the carbon mess and providing a more professional alternative to filling out multiple copies on white paper.

Ideal applications include:

• Order forms
• Packing lists
• Invoices and receipts
• Forms requiring handwritten quantities, checkmarks, or signatures

The back side of the form is perfect for printing terms & conditions, warranty information, or other non-variable text that you want on every copy.

Due to the printing process, NCR forms require 0.25" margins to accommodate press grip requirements.

The backside is commonly used for terms and conditions, instructions, and fine print. Backside ink should be a light color at approximately 75% opacity to prevent show-through.

Reserve a designated area of 1" x 0.5" anywhere on the page, most commonly in the top right corner. Keep numbering void area 1" from the page trim edge. For custom positioning, ensure proper overprint element setup.

The quantity ordered refers to the number of forms, not the number of books. Book count is determined by:

Quantity ÷ Sets per Book = Number of Books

Example: 1000 Forms ÷ 50 Sets Per Book = 20 Books
