Retractable Banner with Display Stand

A retractable banner with a display stand is a portable and convenient advertising solution that combines a retractable banner and a self-standing display system. This free-standing banner is the most versatile due to its compact size and easy set-up. The display stand provides stability and support, allowing the banner to be prominently displayed.

There are two styles of stand available, each suited to different applications:

The economical display stand is crafted to be lightweight yet sturdy, providing a perfect balance of portability and durability. It is accompanied by a convenient carrying bag, making it easy to transport and set up wherever you go. When designing the banner, it is recommended to avoid placing important elements within the bottom 6 inches to ensure that they are not obscured by the base of the stand. This thoughtful consideration guarantees that your message or graphics remain fully visible and impactful when the banner is displayed.

The premium stand is perfectly suited for situations where the banner will be set up for extended periods without frequent movement. Its heavier construction ensures stability and durability, making it an excellent choice for lobbies, reception areas, conference rooms, and other indoor spaces. 

The banner stand comes with your graphics already installed, ready to be pulled out and displayed. You will receive your banner stand with a carrying bag and the pole tucked inside the back of the base.

To ensure proper handling and longevity of your banner, please follow these steps when opening and setting up the banner stand:

1. Begin by placing the stand in front of you with the feet extended, ensuring the base is securely on the ground.
2. Use both hands to hold the stand, one on each side, while keeping your feet firmly on the feet of the stand for stability.
3. Be sure to have the pole tucked into the hole on the base before you pull the banner up.
4. Slowly and steadily pull up on the banner, maintaining a firm grip.
5. As you reach the full height of the banner, locate the groove on the banner and hook the top of the pole into it securely.
6. Once the banner is fully set up, double-check that the pole is securely attached to the groove on the banner and ensure the base remains stable on the ground.

As long as you’re careful, both when setting them up and taking them down, your banner should have a long life.

We often receive inquiries about replacing graphics in existing stands. While it is technically possible, we do not recommend it as it can be challenging and may not have the desired results compared to installing graphics in a new stand. However, if you are willing to take a chance, you can order replacement graphics from our smooth banner page. Make sure you choose 33x80 as your final size.
